Cancellation/Substitution
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcomed at no extra charge. Please provide the name and title of the substitute participant at least 2 days prior to the summit. A refund less 20% administrative charge will be made for cancellation received in writing by 10 September 2009. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellation received after 10 September 2009. The organiser reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the programme, venue, speaker replacements and/or topics if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
